Renée Toft Simonsen wins ECCO Walk In Style Award 2011
Danish Renée Toft Simonsen was honoured at Copenhagen City Hall under the watchful eye of 350 Danish and international media representatives and a large number of celebrities. ECCO awarded the psychologist and author DKK 250.000, which will go Plan’s work with education for exposed and vulnerable girls in Zimbabwe.
Ecco Walk in Style Award is given to a woman who displays the confidence and determination to make the world a more comfortable place to live in and the winner will be able to donate the cash prize of EUR 33,500 to a chariable project that has a direct or indirect impact on the daily lives of women or children.
